I've a fuller figure, what do you recommend?
Our kaftans come in two sizes this year and the M/L size is usually good for a fuller figure as the more generous cut combined with the tassel trim makes it super flattering if you want to soften any curves.
I'm missing something from my order
Please check the delivery note stating the items in the parcel. It is possible that we have had to send items separately and the missing item is on its way to you.
If you have ordered a number of garments we may have sent them separately according to availability. Please check that we have not sent you an email with details of this.
Please contact our customer care advisor with the order number as well as the garment name and we will do our best to rectify the situation quickly.
My order is incorrect
We are very sorry to hear that and would like to rectify this as soon as possible. Please CONTACT our customer services advisor stating the order number. We will endeavour to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
I haven't received my order yet
We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived in the quoted delivery period. We will do our best to locate it for you but before contacting us, please:
• Make sure that you haven’t missed a delivery note in the postbox from a courier mentioning an attempted delivery. Your parcel may be waiting for collection at a local post office or delivery depot or you may need to arrange redelivery,
• Check with your neighbours that it has not been accepted on your behalf,
• Take a look in any safe places that the driver may have left a parcel such as in a garage or porch,
• Double check that you have supplied us with the correct delivery address and contact details.
If you still can’t locate the parcel please contact us with your order number and delivery number and we will try to find it. If we cannot find it we will arrange to send a replacement to you.
I have received a faulty garment
We are very sorry to hear that and would like to rectify this as soon as possible. Please CONTACT our customer services advisor stating the order number as well as the name of the faulty garment and a description of the fault. We will do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible.
