Returns

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do but we realise that some items may not suit. We are therefore happy offer an exchange or refund on such items.

 

Please inform us whether you prefer an exchange or a refund. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method assuming the returned item(s) have not been worn or damaged in any way.

  
We simply ask that you adhere to the following policies:

• Please return unwanted items within 21 days of receipt*
• Items should be unworn, unwashed and have any original tags still attached 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Any taxes or duties associated with international returns will be at your cost or indicated when you raise a return
• Refunds can take up to 7 working days from the day of receipt at our Office. 
• This does not affect your statutory right

Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned order. If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on +44 7767443391 or email at rachmandarine@gmail.com with your tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.

International customers have 28 days to return their items. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification. 

We are happy to fulfil orders from overseas; however, at present we cannot accept any currency other than pounds sterling. You may be requested to pay import duty in your own country so please be aware of this as we DO NOT cover this charge and may charge a small admin fee for any goods returned due to non-payment of customs duty.
